Delivery/Set-Up Charges

Delivery/set-upcharges will apply. Amount charged will depend on the party location.

Reservations

All reservations are taken over the telephone. No reservation is guaranteed and secured until a $50.00 deposit has been received to hold the unit(s) you desire. The deposit is also used towards extra cleaning fees. You have one week from the day your reservation is made to mail in your deposit. If deposit is not received within this time period, we will have the opportunity to rent the unit(s) to someone else without further notice. If you are not able to mail in your deposit within the time period, it is your responsibility to contact our staff about the situation. To guarantee your reservation, we do recommend that you reserve your inflatable jump early.

Deposit

The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable if unit(s) are cancelled with an exception of changing the rental date only. You will need to contact our staff 3 hours prior to your drop off time to inform us of the cancellation and to reschedule your rental date. If unit(s) are delivered and cancelled on that day deposit will also be non refundable.
Upon delivering your inflatable, you will be asked to read over the liability contract, rules & rental agreement, sign papers and take care of final payment either by cash or money order only.
